Organizational Structure
As a growing hub of ministry, the Humboldt Alliance Church is raising up and sending out an Army of Disciple-Makers. In order to maintain this vision, the activities of the church are based on the following pillars:
This pillar includes the activities necessary to keep the church building open and available for ministering to the congregation and the community. This includes staffing, utilities, maintenance and other operational functions.
This pillar includes the activities that assist in developing disciple-makers within the congregation. Activities within this pillar include congregational worship, development and social engagement.
This pillar includes all missions activity within the local community, provincially, nationally and throughout the world. This includes a variety of local outreach projects led by members of the congregation utilizing their gifts to further the Kingdom of God.
This pillar strives to create a culture within our community of believers that is focused on serving God and fulfilling the Great Commission. Maintaining this culture is a vital component as it breathes life into all of the church activities.
